“Welcome to The Conditioning Club team page, I am the owner of the gym here in Fairford. I have an extensive background in strength and conditioning after studying for my masters degree in Cardiff, I have worked in professional sport and military sport settings. More recently I made the transition into working with the general public and have done so for the last 8 years now! This gym is a space for everyone to train from a gym novice to top athletes, we want everyone to feel comfortable training in this space”

“After finishing my exercise physiology masters in Nottingham I wanted to use my experience both from studying and playing sport to educate people on how to train effectively. My specialist areas are athletic development in adult and youth and educating clients on different training modalities most suited to their goals. This gym is a space to learn and have fun while you train!”

With extensive experience spanning almost a decade in the industry, Alex seeks to help clients achieve their goals through targeted, bespoke programmes. Whether ‘shreddin’ for the wedding’, seeking to fire up your fitness or build muscle mass, Alex will build a failsafe, motivational and targeted training programme, tailored to reaching your goals and guaranteed to ensure you look forward to spending time in the gym.It’s not just looking good that’s a motivation for many. Feeling great is vital too. Alex’s client goals span a vast spectrum, addressing everything from weight loss and gain to mobility training, postural correction, stress relief and much, much more. It is this reason that Alex loves what he does and thrives on seeing clients strive to reach their goals.
For those that may not be a regular gym goer, do not fear. Diving in at the deep end isn’t for everyone and Alex is delighted to support numerous clients at all stages in their fitness journey.
We’ve all been there – over indulged or neglected exercise and now feeling the kick back. Wanting to trim down or lean up is where most people start their journey, yet before long the benefits begin to show – more energy, better sleep, less stress, positive mood, the list is endless! – and clients are bitten by the bug.

I am a Personal Trainer based in Cirencester.
Having been a keen fitness enthusiast and gym goer for many years, I decided to turn a hobby into my career and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008.
I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed to helping you to reach your goals whilst laying the foundations of a healthy lifestyle.
It is my mission as a Personal Trainer to help you get the results you want, through support, efficient programmes, motivation, education and above all fun and enjoyment.

My name is Jo, I absolutely love the fitness industry, I love training people, helping them achieve goals and see results. I’m a Mother of 2 beautiful little girls. So I completely understand life’s juggles. I struggled to find time for myself when the girls were really small and exercise became low on the priority list. Which had a huge negative affect on me. This being a big reason I got into the Fitness Industry to provide support and help with fitness, if your new to it or need help getting back into it.
I am a qualified Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and continue to engage in further training and qualifications so that I am always progressing in my learning.

I myself know how daunting it can be to walk through the gym door, not knowing what to expect or how you might be received by other members; not really knowing how the equipment works or where to start. So, the easy thing to do if you actually make it through the door is to jump on a treadmill and hope no one notices you…
